The founder
Eugene Pavloutine
QSIA™ was developed by Eugene Pavloutine, who came to organizations the way an engineer comes to a structure. His background runs through aircraft design and manufacturing, where structural integrity is not a figure of speech but the question that keeps an airframe in the air; through electronics and informatics, the study of systems, signals, and feedback; and through decades inside operations management, watching real organizations hold together or quietly come apart.
QSIA™ is what came of asking one question across all of it: whether a system’s architecture can sustain what has been built on it. The standard is the one he learned on airframes: a structure either holds under load or it does not, and the answer is testable.
The foundation
A diagnostic is only as sound as what it rests on.
QSIA is not a rubric assembled from best practices. It is the applied layer of a formal stack, built from first principles up.
RDP
The Recursive Distinguishability Principle. It defines the conditions under which a system can be reliably distinguished from its environment and from its own prior states.
QuantoMathics
Built on RDP. It describes how systems transform, and what makes any system cohere as a whole and sustain itself.
QSIA
The structural analysis. It tests whether a specific organization's architecture meets the structural conditions required to sustain its operations.

The protocol
A structured scanning protocol maps the system: its components, its dependencies, and the gap between the architecture it declares and the one it actually runs.

The scan
The structural scan tests each condition against the evidence, locating where complexity, governance, or operational interfaces become unstable as the system scales.

The report
An evidence-backed diagnostic: where the structure is fragile, why, and how close it is to the point where internal correction stops being possible. It also sets out what any repair must satisfy to hold, ordered from procedural to institutional to structural. It stops short of a consultant's action plan; how to meet those requirements is yours and your advisors' to decide.
